Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and safety of our skincare products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Skin Reactions & Sensitivity

Individual skin reactions can vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for adverse skin reactions unless the product is proven to be defective.

If you experience a serious reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

7. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

 

8. Return Window

Customers in Canada may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

9. Return Costs

Return shipping costs for orders shipped within Canada are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

 

Equipment Products – Additional Terms

Equipment products, including tools, devices, and accessories, are subject to different return conditions than skincare items. Returns are only accepted if the equipment is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all seals, manuals, and components intact. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or activated equipment cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is found to be defective upon arrival. In cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
